Terms of service
Last updated 5 November 2026
These terms apply when you order from ArteyuDesign, a brand of ARTEYU LABS ("we", "us"). By paying for an order you agree to them.
What we sell
- Illustrated portraits, ordered and paid on Etsy. Etsy's own terms also apply to those orders.
- Slide and spreadsheet makeovers, paid on this site through Stripe, as described on the makeovers page.
Everything we deliver is a digital file. Nothing is shipped.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and are the full price of the order. Card payments are handled by Stripe, and Etsy payments by Etsy. We never see or store your card number.
Your photo or file
You confirm you have the right to send us the photo or file, and permission from the people in a photo. Please do not send passwords or personal data about your customers. We may decline an order we cannot do well or lawfully, and then refund you in full.
How we make the work
Our work is AI-assisted. A person designs and checks every piece before you see it. Each portrait look draws faces in its own way.
Drafts and changes
Portraits include 2 free changes. Makeovers include one round of changes: one list of changes, all made. Further changes or new work are a new order.
Delivery times
Portrait drafts come within 3 business days and makeover drafts within 5 business days of receiving your file. Business days are Monday to Friday. If we will be late, we tell you, and you may cancel for a full refund.
Using what we deliver
- Portraits are for personal use: print, frame, give and share them. Please do not resell the file or use it in products for sale.
- Makeovers: your content stays yours, and you may use the made-over file in your business as you like.
We never show your photo, your file or the finished work in our examples without your written permission.
Refunds
See our refund policy.
Liability
If something goes wrong, our total responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. This does not limit any right you have under the law of your country that cannot be limited.
